- Purchase transactions. When you buy the ebook, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment gateway). We receive your name and email address to fulfil your order. We do not store or see your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.
- Email delivery and follow-up. Your email address is passed to Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email delivery platform, to send you your ebook and any follow-up content you've opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Free chapter opt-in. If you request a free chapter via flornt.kit.com, your email address is collected by Kit to send the chapter and to add you to our reader list.
- Website analytics. We may collect standard anonymised analytics data (page views, referral sources, device type) to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
How we use your information
- To deliver your ebook and any purchased resources.
- To send follow-up emails about the book, independence resources, and related products and services from Flornt and Indie Founders (indiefounders.au). You can opt out at any time.
- To improve this website and our products.
